Resistance at the moment because they seem better custom items, but maybe security. Its really a when its released decision but resistance for now.

That's called an opinion.
1) There's no "best" because the clothes don't have bonuses.
2) Everyone has a different way of expressing themselves, therefore there can't be a best.

The Anger looks too generic to me, and The Shield is way too bulky for my play-style.

I don't - I it looks out of place when compared to all the other archetypes in this game. That, and it just looks too bulky for my tastes.

Same. When I first saw the cinematic trailer 9 months ago, I instantly wanted to play as The Bug. His mask alone makes even the mighty handlebar mustache look less badass.
