I'm sorry to hear that.

Oh really. Well, I'm not sorry at all to hear that. In fact, I'm very proud to be a conservative republican.

It interesting to apply this train of though to real world scenarios and people - Like Hitler. Hitler wasn't a bad guy in his eyes. He didn't wake up one day and say, "I feel like being evil today." He was doing what he believed in, what he though was "right." So even in extreme circamstances, real life isn't as cut and dry and good vs evil.

Exactly! When I first discovered Brink, I thought the security were the bad guys, but now knowing they're simply trying to protect the Ark from what they see as terrorists it makes the morality far more grey and throws the whole black and white, good and evil conception out the window

I chose Merc, because both sides are fighting for something they believe in. I like the resistance because they are really fighting to survive unlike the security. But watching those containment city videos really, really excite me of being security. They should do more videos of resistance.

The security are trying to survive too. They are the only thing stopping the Ark from completely falling apart and causing thousands of deaths.

Resistance because if Security had their ways more would die. and Resistance look bad [censored].

Security current distribution of rations are evidently making the Citizens and Resistance angry, you cant prove Resistance is wrong because they are not in power, Security did something wrong because they are on the Brink of civil war

True, but the security are denying the resistance of food, supplies, and water. And taking water from them. So they are tearing it apart too.

I believe the devs where talking about the different points of view in that bit.

Not exactly. The whole storyline hasnt been released in its entirety. We dont know much yet. So, for all we know, the refugees could just be exaggerating.

I think that they are what maintains order.

They are rationing the supplies. And making them stretch out. Although the founders appear to be hoarding them, but who knows what they are using it for. Seemingly for something important. . I do believe the resistance have a right to fight however. But without the security, there would be no authority and the Ark would fall apart.

no, they are rationing it so as to live longer on the limited supplies

Actually, the inclusion of a mecenary option is what i like. I'm a Merc. I don't really support either side. I only chose one if they are the only options. So now i'm a Mercenary for hire. Hiring is free, just PM me with the "necessary" details
