Its selfish because in the end you're looking only at yourself, not others and bethesda is monitoring players' wishes.
Nope. Whatever makes you happy.

Let's see. Player wishes versus Game Continuity. Hmm. Okay. I want Randy Savage Macho Man Deathclaws to be fully cannon and hereby included in every future game title!
Yup those.are my wishes. On a serious note some actual consideration must be given here. Bethesda needs to explain where this "New" Enclave comes from and what they're purpose is. Just tossing them in will make them.the same moustache twirling Villains and add absolutely nothing interesting to the series. If all they're good for are being the "Bad Guys". Then let them die. But if anyone has a good plot for them that isn't, let's end the world again let's hear it out.
Pretty sure there are a lot of others who want Enclave back, so he's not alone in this.
And yes, the return would need to make sense. Starting with Chicago outposts might be a good idea.
We already have power armor wearing nazi expies in FO4 though
Since when did game development become a democracy?
Its selfish to disagree with The Enclave being included. But somehow its not selfish to deny people the opinion that the Enclave shouldn't be included. Hmm.
I want this to become the official version of Skyrim: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6yHoSvrTss&t=1m14s
No one can deny my right.
As I said, whatever people/someone wants. You dont want it? Ok. You want it? Ok. I really see no problem. However my point was about people actively ganging up on those that do want, just because they think Enclave shouldn't be included.
No can indeed.
The guy started the thread. Unless someone is just looking for an echo-chamber, they should expect discussion and, yes, disagreement.
I have no problem with people wanting the Enclave back. I asked give us a plot line that isn't evil or rule the world. Because that's all Bethesda will do bring them back in the most boring and cliche way possible.
if you want the Enclave to return make some effort to explain how you want them to return, what possible ways you wish to see them return as. If you want them to be tree hugging, nature loving nudists, who are pacifists give them a story, a plot. Flesh out the idea and give it substance. Don't just ask for something without giving a solution.
This definitely appears to be what I see most of the time. The people that want them back would be something of a minority in discussions.
I got no problem with people liking them...It's like me and people who like mushrooms...can't stand them, but people are welcome to eat mushrooms.
The Enclave as a full-fledged faction? Of course not; they're more or less completely wiped out after the events of Fallout 3.
But I would love the idea of familiar Enclave faces returning; maybe make it canon that Autumn survived and have him appear in a future DLC? He was such a great villain, it would be the best if we got to see him again.
Eh, I'd argue the part of being a "great villain", whereas EDEN was the actual mastermind behind events, Autumn was your typical Thunderbolt Ross type military yahoo. And I'm content to have him where he is....a permanent pile of ash, destroyed at the atomic level by an alien blaster. Death was instantaneous, but probably no painless.
Going to be fun, when we find out that all the synths at Far Harbor is in trouble because members of their synth communities are disappearing, due to Enclave remnants kidnapping and erasing / inserting new memory, to raise a new army J / K of course
Naah, Enclave is but a ghost from the past, soon to be told to children as boogeyman stories
I wouldn't mind some kind of former Enclave member(s) appearing in some side-quest, like you said, as in New Vegas.
Enclave is pretty cheesy.
What I want to see is either House's or Caesar's Legions final campaign to push to the East Coast and reunite America.
"Ave. True to Caesar".

Ugghhh, another "secret government" within a government plot, how trite. I think a 12 year old in a creative writing class could of thought of that, or plagiarized that plot off the interwebz or some cheesy B-movie.
Now Caesar's Legion, there was actual lore and culture building, with their own idioms and sayings, their own dress code, their own ambitious leader.
edit- and not be confrontational, I felt that the Caesar Legion's was well explained, despite their apparent cosplaying. Caesar was once part of that hippy peaceful org... (I forget their name), but came across historical texts about the Ancient Romans, and decided to create a new tribe after that model, to bring order to the Wastleland. Makes some sense. I guess. After an apocalyptic nuclear war.
Not like Preston or any other faction leader in FO4.
It'd be cool to introduce a shadowy nomad faction of wasteland mercenaries that are unknown because they're so good at being ghosts, they'd have like a similar legendary folklore about them like the NCR rangers had, who they are why they do what they do ofc who knows lol possibly like an elite group of rogue gunners that held onto their morales and banded together?
In all fairness the cheesyness is a major part of entire Fallout universe. Keep in mind it's a retro vision of the future. Cheesy and other weird things are the norm.
