Since downloading this most recent patch for FNV I've encountered two really annoying bugs. I'm on the newest version of the 360, if that counts for anything.

Cassandra, the NCR leader in hoover dam, will no longer talk to me after dealing with the Omertas. I followed the plot to change the leadership around, but after killing Big Sal and his buddy, her dialogue won't start. By "won't start," I mean the camera goes to zoom in and talk, then just zooms back out without a peep. Then it gets all weird, my character vanishes, and I have to reload a previous save to fix it.

I also crash relentlessly at loading screens. It goes black, I lose the music, and just have to restart my console. It's so common that I've begun keeping two saves, and just saving right before I know a loading screen is coming. I hardly ever froze before the patch. Here and there, maybe twice on a play-through. I know other people's experiences with that have been very different, so maybe I was lucky.

The How Little We Know quest seems to be totally shattered for me, so now I'm worrying I may get this problem when I get around to going to Hoover Dam. I didn't have to do anything in How Little We Know except kill Clanden-which I didn't want to do, but was forced to because it was so buggy I had no other options..then when I went an reported back to Cachino..he was ready to go kill the bosses. Didn't have to talk to Troike, no dead hoker, no thermite, no destroying weapons and getting that extra loot....nothing whatsoever..Just went and killed the bosses immediatley despite me even telling him I wasn't ready to kill them yet....this new "patch" is making me sick...my player kept vanishing today too..
