Selective Fire and STALKER weapon pack conflict?

As long as STALKER weapon pack is active,Selective Fire will not work for me.
Since Select Fire have built-in support for STALKER pack,it seems to be a really weird problem.I've tryed everything I can,but it still wont work.
Can someone point me what is wrong?Both mods are newest version.
Here's my load order:
