Do you play with a self imposed level cap by choosing one or more major skills that your character will never use?

If so, what level do you cap your character at and why did you pick that level?

Also, do you refrain from reading skill books so you don't inadvertantly level major skills you aren't using?

I never pay any attention to my character levels. Only if they have enough skills to do the job at hand.
