I just toss on all my charisma clothing and eat graqe mentats then sell every weapon I don't personally use along with ammo. I don't like the water purifier idea as having loads of those in a settlement means I have to also keep up with an equivalent amount of security or the place is gonna get raided more often. The parts I save building turrets can go to my weapon mods. This I found is more than enough to keep me in caps, in fact I am usually limited in what I can sell because the vendors by default don't carry a lot of caps to begin with. I mostly get by on barter.

The idea of having to dress like a clown and pop some drugs every time I have a load to sell just rubs me the wrong way.

Is there a Charisma to Price conversion chart I could look up somewhere? I have 5 Charisma. What would the percentage be for minimum price when I want to sell?

no cap collector only affects buying and selling prices, not persuasion...
