I haven't manage to get hold of the game yet, but for those of you that are playing it, are you able to tell me if there are any semi-auto assault rifles besides the light rifles that are worth using, a la the M14 or FN-FAL in Black Ops? I've taken a liking to powerful single-shot guns that don't require ten seconds for a reload.

Just the 2 light rifles. One with 6/18 shots, the other with 4/8 shots. Not counting pistols (1 magnum).

In that case, have you or anyone used the Drognav light rifle? How many shots does it take to down an opponent?

theres a single shot gun like the 1 you mentioned i belive it has a 15 ammo clip.

Isn't the Rockstedi Semi?

I believe except for the Famas-lookalike, which fires in 3-round bursts, every assault rifle is full auto.

Yes, the Rokstedi is a semi-auto, and the Famas one is a burst.

Yeah, the Rockstedi was the first gun I used when I played. I actually quite like it. The stability is very good for the rate of fire that you get for mid-range fights.

However, I HATE the light rifles. They are absolutely terrible guns that have horrendous kill times with a horrible clip size.

depends on their health buffs and stuff, if you aim well 2-3 shots i think. it's useful when your team and the other team are going nuts at each other and you can finish off wounded people in 1 hit.

As far as I can figure out, the Rokstedi will kill in 3-4 shots (which isn't bad considering the difference between an unbuffed Light and a buffed Heavy), but has a very decent rate of fire. It's definitely the weapon I anticipate using.

I also think I'm gonna like the FRKN-3K.
