Semper Invicta Crashing

POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT! IF YOU HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE MISSION "SHADOW OF STEEL", THEN DON'T READ!

So, when I get to the part where you get on the vertibird, about half way through the ride, my game always crashes. A better description, is right about when the vertibird flies over the bridge.

I have this issue as well. I also get the same crash If I go slightly past the BADTFL regional office if you're walking from the place with the obelisk (I forget the name). I've tried updating drivers, clearing ini files, reinstalling both on an ssd and a normal hard drive and everything else under the sun If it had an error message it would make it much easier. This makes two entire questlines unable to be completed. My specs are

Win 10

8gb dual channel DDR3 @ 666MHz Ram

EVGA 970

Intel Core I5 4670K

Gigabyte Z97-D3H-CF mothervboard

I've only used one console command and it was to increase carryweight which I undid a little bit after (was testing some stuff).

After doing some more testing this is what I discovered:

It is not an item in my inventory as I removed all items including keys and quest items with player.removeallitems (I think that's the command but I removed all my items) and still crashed. And then I gave the save to a friend to try and it did crash for him too so it has to be a save. I really hope I don't have to start a new game

I won't mind if I have to, but it is quite annoying :/

I am going to try it without using console commands, or if using tcl or tfc might work
