mainly for the psp or Vita or somthing like say phantasy star portable 2 style charactor creation classes and collecting of weapons you still have wandering sand box style but also missions one can take on and it takes to a seperate map for the mission or so on. and can join varios factions.

Actually, I wouldn't mind a re-release of F1 and F2 on a handheld system, but for new material, I'd like it to stay to PC/console.

i mean more like it being semi 3d like first person but choose your race and stuff and class or specialization. [races coudl includ ehuman , ghoul super mutant. and deathclaw] [like in the d20 that was being made but got cancled][Cept i say some deathclaws could of evolved further then ones seen in wastelands like in say jungles of peru or so on to be more humanoid.
