Well first, the nominees should not be of your choosing, but like in the first one. Whoever the people choose. There shouldn't already be a predetermined selection. Just basically do what M'heree did in the first one. And also, in the first one, I believe it was a rule not to be able to vote/nominate yourself, just so it was a more even voting choice.

Also, VoodooLady, I would've voted for you to for best new RPer but I've seen so little of your stuff.

Monthly would definitely not be a good idea. By that point you'd probably have more award threads than RPs to vote for.

And I haven't been around enough to judge anyone based on volume of posts, so...
