Serentin Vampire Armors

http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/436-serentin-vampire-armors/

Since I don't think I will be completing The Vampires of House Serentin anytime soon (or maybe never) I decided to release two of the most prominent armors from House Serentin.

Name: Serentin Vampire Armors
Version: 1.0
Date: 18 april 2010
Category: armor
Created by: StarX
Source: http://www.tesalliance.org/

Changelog:
==========
18 april 2010: Version 1.0 release

Description:
============
Adds 2 new armor sets in a chest at the entrance of the Ayleid Ruin Lipsand Tarn

Installation:
=============
Extract the files into a save location. Copy and paste the meshes- and textures folder and Serentin Vampire Armors.esp into your Oblivion Data folder. Activate the esp either by going to Data Files,or by using Oblivion Mod Manager or Wrye Bash.

Issues:
=======
None so far.

Credits:
========
StarX - Textures and Nifskope work
Pale Rider - meshes: male warrior helmet and pauldrons and some of the textures
Exnem - For the female warrior helmet and the Dark Brotherhood Cuirass the stealth suit is based on
Madmole from www.4drulers.com - For the shadowy hoods
Ryu Doppler - For the belt and pouches
Najaknevrec - For the skirt mesh
Bethesda Softworks - For creating a great game

Legal/usage:
============
This is a modders resource, no need to ask for permission. But include the complete list of credits in your readme. It would also be nice if you let me know in which project the armors are being used.

Thanks:
=======
Special thanks to Mrs.StarX for putting up with my crazy modding efforts.
Thanks to TesAlliance for being such a userfriendly host.

I probably won't finish the Vampires of House Serentin. That's why I made the armors available, so other modders can use them if they want. :)

Thanks Hel Borne! That means a lot coming from a talented modeler/texturer like you. Hope you'll find some renewed inspiration soon, as your fantastic resources are greatly missed. :foodndrink:

I think inspiration in in short supply all around. Projects seem to be drying up and I see fewer release threads these days. Glad you were able to get these out though.

Just this afternoon enjoyed some of your vampires in Fort Redman near Leyawiin.

I am sure I will enjoy your armors as well. The fact that I am more of vampire hunter than a vampire will not make me enjoy your work any less.

Thank you, StarX.

Of course you don't need to BE a vampire to wear them.

Thanks, BC! Is Terran Vampires still active?

Time for the next TES I'd say. But Onra's new heightmaps open up a lot of new options as well.

If you ever decide to pick it up again I can make a version without the Serentin symbols if you like. :)

Hey Star, if you decide not to release House Serretin will you be at least releasing the castle?

The castle wasn't finished, so there isn't much to release right now. But don't be suprised to see it turn up in one way or the other in a future mod. :)
