When you log into the game I wrote the serial number you used !!!!! How to fix it or is it regular glitches EA? Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?

I used my serial to start up my game, got asked again for it to play multiplayer, input it there, and now it says "serial already in use" when I go to play multiplayer. What a bunch of crap. Should've waited to buy this.

you really need to look at other peopls posts, 2 posts under yours was someone with the same problem, although there isnt a fix there is no need to post the same thing a million times
