did you have the limited edition version? if yes mabey you filled in the wrong code?

a solution can be if you can start up crysis fill in your serial key must be 20 letters our numbers

when you done that click singleplayer then go back multiplayer and fill in again

make sure you use the serial game to activate the game and not your limited edition code.

if nothing works i suggest calling customer service

It worked before so why i get this errror ? i played onlnie with no problems
