I downloaded Crysis 2 to my PC the other day through EADM; everything seemed to install fine, but when I start the game and get to the menu I see a line that reads: Serial code required for online play. [SERIAL CODE NOT FOUND] MODIFY. When I click on modify i see: Your serial code is required for online play. Please enter a valid serial code including dashes.

So where do I find this elusive serial code? I've hunted down every file that has anything to do with Crysis 2 on my computer. I'm starting to think it was a bad idea to purchase the download and should have bought a disc copy, maybe then I would have a serial code in print and easy to find.

I am totally disappointed and getting extremely angry that i wasted $60 bucks for this crap. All I see in these forums is complaint after complaint while I'm having issues that I can't get any help for. I've emailed 2 or 3 different people at Crytek... no responses save for an automatic response telling me that recipient is not in the office. I've written two forum posts asking for help (here and the EA forums). So far nothing but one other person saying they are having this same problem. WTF??? You all need to take some lessons from Blizzard I think. Better customer service from what I've experienced over the last 3 years of playing WoW and definitely better products. If something's broken in their game they work hard to get it fixed as quickly as possible and I've never felt like I've gotten the run around from them.
