Hi,

If you bought the game from Origin or Steam then you would have received an email.
If you had bought the disk copy then the serial should be located on the back of one of the leaflets in the case of the Disk.

If you bought the game via digital download and haven't received a key I would contact your seller to give you a new key or ask for a refund as you are entitled to one.

The serial key should like like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
With the 'Xs' being replaced by Numbers and Letters.

thanks but the company i bought crysis 2 from did not give me a serial code nor would they give me a refund. so any ideas where else i can get the code without buying the game again

Which company is this?
And could you confirm - is it a digital version or a DVD?
Also, if they are an authorised seller and no working serial key was given to you and they refuse to give you a refund or another serial key then that's against the law. If what you are saying is true and the company is authorised then I would show them proof that you had bought the game and no serial key was given.
