My serial key is not working, Help : Crysis

Hello crytek stuff

I buy Crysis 2 at the PlayStore.com(TTNET). My key was working but now won't work. I have format my pc five times and still doesn't work my key.

Please help, what do i do now ?

Contact EA support and they will give new keys if needed.
