Serious Bug I Need to Get Reported!

Post » Thu Feb 06, 2014 3:53 am

Near the end of the last Beta weekend the game froze on me and I could never get logged back in. When I click the PLAY button, it will turn grey for a few seconds then back to normal, and thats it. I have run the Repair several times and I have even uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it. When I checked the Windows event viewer for application errors I see the following error every time I have clicked the PLAY button:

Faulting application name: eso.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x52ef241f
Faulting module name: eso.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x52ef241f
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x011f6354
Faulting process id: 0x293c
Faulting application start time: 0x01cf22cab46356cb
Faulting application path: E:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe
Faulting module path: E:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe
Report Id: f29eecfd-8ebd-11e3-8813-6c626d3edc76

I'm afraid if this isn't resolved before Friday I will not be able to log back in. I just tried the live chat but I'm guessing it isn't being monitored right now. Who or how can I get this submitted? Or any help with a resolution?

Please note this not the place to request tech support for the ESO beta program. The moderating team here is not able to help resolve any tech support issues.

If you are participating in the beta program and require technical assistance, please use the ESO beta forums (link was provided in your email) or open a support ticket here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask
