Serious feedbacks on Armor & cloaking (game balance)

I think the Nano Suits and the passive abilities are really cool. However, I think the armor and cloaking are mostly cheap and abusive. I can explain exactly why.

At first, it thought it was a really cool concept, sitll I was skeptical about the Armor, since it reminded me of Juggernaut in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. I later realized that cloaking was the most popular gameplay used and thought it was somehow abusive.

At some point, I realized that the is pretty much one good way to play this game and once you get that... the gameplay rather becomes pretty linear like Halo (take down the shield, then headshot) and I don't think it's as creative as it was intended to be.

The method:
- Always activate yoru cloaking ability
- Then start to hunt your first prey
- Once you found your prey, start shooting at it
- If you feel that your prey may have the opportunity to turn around and shoot back at you; immediately activate your Armor ability.
- If you are low in energy, find a safe spot and recharge
- Repeat

What happens is that you start with the advantage of being nearly invisible. You have an edge on the opponent. If you hit first, you also have another big advantage. If your opponent gets hit and is able to turn around and fire back, he is even more disadvantaged if you activate your Armor ability. In other words, if you hit your opponent first and then activate your Armor, he is definitely screwed up, because there is no way he can have the time to take you down with such a high amount of health.

So I feel that those two abilities just end up being too abusive. Crysis 2 could be better with just weapons, grenades, sprint, air stomp and other abilities, but excluding Armor + Cloaking.

Also, there should be no perks that actually modify health, weapon damage, fire rate or accuracy in any competitive FPS game. It's like a golden rule that CoD never understood and screwed up, since all those elements should be mastered by a player.
- More additional health or armor perk, because what his has left should come from his survival skills
- No additional weapon damage perk, because that would be unbalanced
- No higher fire rate perk, because that just doesn't make sense
- No better accuracy perk, because exclusively the player should have to control the recoil and master it
