So since downloading 1.9 ive run into this bug on more or less every single npc I've talked with. The dialogue and mouth movement is extremely lagged like its a dubbed over foreign movie, pretty immersion breaking.

Tried starting a new game, reloading previous saves, hell even killing characters and reloading the game to try and reset them. Nothing.

Now since ive downloaded the update and saved with it, the only way to remove it is to remove every other title update aswell. And even then any saves i had wouldnt load.. so im kinda screwed.


Any update or acknowledgement from Bethesda would be much appreciated.

Yes, it started with 1.9 and happens on all platforms. There's no fix so far, I'm afraid you'll just have to live with it unitl Bethesda releases an update or a new patch (hopefully soon). It seems to be random, not every NPC is affected, so if you play longer the problem may become less serious.
