I am this close to fus ro dahing Cicero off the promontory in the High Hrothgar courtyard and watching him tumble down the throat of the world. Problem is, he's an essential npc, wtf?? Lydia can die but this skidmark of a follower can't.

He did a voice for Avatar too. That gives him a couple of points in my book. Except I don't think I've met Cicero yet and I'm very intrigued.

Meh, its not that hard to high pitch and squeal like a maniac. I like Cicero, but nothing to write home about in regards to any voice acting depth or range.

Its kind of like when people praised Heath Ledger for his Joker, when in reality its not hard to act or sound like a demented lunatic.

I've only met him briefly so far, but that short encounter was enough for me to hate and despise him with every fibre of my character's body and soul. Out of all the NPCs I've met so far, this one has produced the strongest reaction - which is a great thing, even though that reaction is negative!
