*All of my settlers no longer have dialogue, they just skip to the "trade things" prompt.

*Piper is missing from all of my settlements spontaneously.

*Benevolent Leader trophy will not pop due to constant decline in happiness, it seems 79 in happiness is the limit.

(despite having 22 People, 54 Food, 89 Water, 126 Power, 146 Defense, 26 Beds).

*Several folks in my settlement will not accept (or perform) job assignment (Mama Murphy, Jung, Preston, Strong).

*Trader Rylee will not allow me to invite her to Sanctuary Hills

All of these need fixes ASAP, they are seriously ruining my experience and many others.

A settlement tutorial or clearly expressed limit would be an awesome start, if any Bethesda staff is reading this.
