Hi, his is happening to me as of recent

I've just over 14hrs clocked in the game and it happened once already, now it keeps on happening. Kind of unable to play after 14hrs of nothing like this happening.

I'm on W7 64bit, GTX 960, i5-4690l, 8GB ram and MSI z97 motherboard

This issue is also happening to a friend of mine.
