so i've spent the last couple of hours fixing crashing issues and windows live for games issues. and now ingame, there's this constant clicking/chirping/popping noise that is driving me insane. i turn on the radio and it goes away. it goes away in combat.

i've been searching for ages and have found nothing. at all.

fixed my sound issue by putting a space between the 'fallout' and the '3' in the .EXE.
i kid you not.
anyway, now windows live for games won't run anymore, so i'm gonna go over there unless someone here knows what to do.
