Do I seriously have to start over after 48h?!

So I got the invisible pip boy bug where the game kinda thinks you're still in PA, VATS dosen't work and I also can't run (in PA everything's fine). I don't have any save that isn't effected by this bug. I was in PA for quite a while and only noticed it when it was to late. 48h of gameplay F***ING WASTED, so I guess I'll just have to replay these 48 MOTHERF******* HOURS or does anybody know a sollution to this?

This realy svcks, I put so much efford into settlements and traderouts, now it's all wasted...

EDIT:

After some deeper googling I found this http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=554906882 and was able to fix it, hope this helps anyone with the same issue.

The bug occured after I got a 2 "Power Armor Frame Atom Cat" from from an enemy and quipted one to mine while one remained in my inventory... Are there even supposed to be multiple of these or are they even supposed to be visible in the inventory?

the solution with the fix batch file did not work for me found one tha tdid work with 3 steps

1 outside pa enter "player.equipitem 1909d6 "

2 enter PA and enter "player.unequip 1909d6 "

3 exit PA then add pipboy with "player.equipitem 21b3b "

i am stil trying to figure out if the bug somehow relates to the atom cats power racks u collect or sometimes are build into looted frames
