You geniuses need to stop screwing around with the patches! FIX THE DAMNED VATS SYSTEM!

Mods are out to do workarounds to the screwups you made with the VATS system, but dammit, you need to fix it yourselves!

It's been too fricken long since you actually made a patch that FIXES something. GET TO IT ALREADY!

If you are still having trouble then a constructive post listing your problems would be appreciated and I am sure there are many members to willing to assist. A general rant is neither constructive nor helpful.
