I seriously want my money back.

I thought this game was going to be awesome but was an excruciating let down to find out that barely 1000 people are online, there's a terribly confusing story line with MAJOR gaps, they cut WAY too many corners with this game.

You finish a mission and it just cuts off and when the next mission begins it pops you in some other place you dont even know how you got there. And this is the biggest thing I hated, when you just spent 30 mins fighting through aliens and humans and get to the last objective the other characters just appear out of thin air? how did they get there without having to fight like you just did??? I hated playing each mission.

ALSO the very well know audio issue with campaign? Did they know happen to put the game in a console and test it out before shipping?

My last issues are with multiplayer.

The unlock system, menu and equipment menu visuals are terrible! It's not that hard to make a simple menu design. AND I hate when games use the term "Quick Match" to join a multiplayer game, it makes you think that you dont have any choice of what to join. ''Join Game" or "Matchmaking" would have better for this.

SO IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK?!?!?!

i spent an hr with EA support discussing the audio issue in campaign, specially how it crackles and cuts out perodically in first 40 mins, hell i remember reading that in video game the first 45 mins are the most vital, cause thats wut is gonna hook people into it, apperantly no one read the article, EA kept tryin to tell me that it was my setup, disagree with them at every corner, eventually they just stopped responding

I agree the menu system/layout is not the most streamlined but do you buy the game to play in the menus and customize equipment menu? it took me a good 4-5 minutes to really figure out where all the stuff is. Although the unlock "stars" that is shows when you have something unlocked is impossible to find what the hell was unlocked. but that is just a small thing IMO.
