Well, my clans server can't be found in the server browser for 5 days now. Connecting via IP isn't possible, too. The multiplay-online-tool shows me, that the server is online, and I can manipulate it normally. Manipulating it over the External Admin Interface is working normally too.
When discussing with the multiplay-support they said, this would be happening to some servers, and it is a problem on Cryteks side. So our server provider can't do anything. This is an important issue, is it being looked after? Are there any news? We just paid nearly 60 € for 3 month, not being able to play on it is not, what we expected.

did someone of your clanmates can connect to it or it's your problem only?

we had the same problem with our server, some players don't see it, but i have two IPS (one is reserve line) and when i switching to second ISP i can see server in game and play on it
