Would love to see a Pinned collection of Guild recruiting posts divided by servers and factions.

I was under the impression that you could join a guild no matter what faction or 'server'? And server is easy to switch between.

If I'd be planning to play NA server Ebonheart pack. I would not want to waste my time clicking open "XXX-Guilds" guild page only to find out they are planning to play on EU server and AD (not that would matter in that case anymore but still).
