Setting a custom race as different species?

There are a lot of pretty, custom races for this game that make your character look absolutely beautiful/dashing/whatever discripter you prefer.

And, also, there are a lot of awesome non-custom races for this game that make your character in to a 'Cutie Elf' or various Kahjit who have never stepped on to the stage of Elder Scrolls before.

Is there some command usable in the in the console or such not that would make, say, your Custom Race 'seen' as- I don't know, a different tiger patterned Khajit as a 'regular' Khajit, or a Cutie Elf as a Wood Elf or Breten?

I'd like to play a custom race so I could use a full tattoo body for my character and feel all unique and special, but at the same time, I don't want to miss the various content for vanilla races via dialog (and to be specific, the Intergation mod's special details). Say, I might want to play a black humanoid called 'Super Cool Race' or whatever people are naming their races these days, and have her have her custom appearance and awesome tattoos... but also be treated as a Redguard in conversations and checks in game.

Is that at all possible? If so, how do I do it?

(Thanks!)

You'll need to write a custom script in CS, though.
