The condition of Power Armor used by NPCs is often pathetic.
Its often possible to kill them with just a few shots (inspite of the fact they seem to be armored like tanks) due to the fact that poor condition reduces the AR to next to worthless.

It seems to me that Power armor that was so rotten would be almost certain to be non-functional. I mean, if it has rusted to the thickness of toilet paper, what are the chances that the power supplies, motivators and articulated joints still work? Not bloody high, methinks!

So is there any way to set a minimum (say 70%) condition on PA?

Anyway, it seems that FOOK and FWE somehow manage this.
I dont use those mods however, and would appreciate if someone could let me know how this might be accomplished without the need to install a major overhaul.
