I am aware of the GMSTs.

Models / Textures Installed,
  • Correct UV Rocks
  • Correct UV trees
  • Clean Weapons
  • Telvanni Meshes

I also applied Timeslip's exe patch.
Not sure if it did anything.

Netbook specifications,

Drivers -officially anyway- and DirectX up to date.

The loading times are much better due to the Morrowind Code Patch.
I am not too savvy with using Morrowind Anti-Mod, it is only necessary in populated places such as Balmora anyway and removes stuff. Might see how Morrowind FPS Opt 1.96 works out.
But, just wandering am I missing anything?

In before "Wait for OpenMV / Crystal Scrolls"

I would suggest http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=565.

"The Balmora Un-Mod does just the opposite of what most mods do to the city of Balmora

It increases the frame rate in the city by removing a quantity of rocks, roots, and other static objects that are rarely noticed but do effect your frame rate"
