After the last update (2.8) started a new game, when i wanted to change the settings the menus ware blank, no load, no save, nothing, just the help.
Any sugestions

i thing you have searched at the right menu so, i would do this...

install the game again, and the new patch and see if it works.

Did you delete the game data and old patch data, then install clean with the new patch?
If not then try that as your symptoms could be a corrupted installation.
