Settings problem

everytime i put the settings on maximum i have to exit so that works.
BUT it doesnt it just keeps the random again wich are the medium :(
how can i chage this??

I recognize having this problem myself but I cannot for the life of me remember how I fixed it. I think it just worked for me after adjusting again :shrug:
Have you tried adjusting several times and re-enter? It should work...

yes, and now i arrived to the Imperial citu and i discover some meshes missing in the imperial guards :confused: dont know why i think i will unistall my game and install again, hopefully it fixes that :)

As to your Menu changes reverting to pre-change settings:

Once you get things adjusted like you want them, open the console and type "saveini", minus quotes of course. That should do the trick.
