In Pip Boy > Data > Workshops it will show your current settlements and their stats.

I have an exclamation point next to Sanctuary Hills and then the stats say I have 0 beds, 0 defense, 0 power, and 0 water. Problem is, I have 10 beds, 9 power, 56 defense, and 9 water at Sanctuary Hills. The stats update when I travel there, but then are wrong again when I leave... Has anyone run across this problem? It will show incorrect stats for all of the settlements as I travel around. And I just noticed that happiness is decreasing for the settlement that has the error, even though it shouldn't be.

Please help

This happens with me as well. As long as nobody is dead, I'm fine. They can mope all they want. This is the wasteland after all.
