1. Building fences - Fences seem to not follow the pitch of the ground.. Causes fences to be hovering " silly looking" , and also not follow the wave of the environment ( hedging, etc. ) Makes you build in a blocky fashion to follow, or go around permanent objects.." annoying "
2. Building custom houses - SNAPPING should be an option to toggle on or off.. Settlers tend to teleport to my roof tops and get stuck there, making me tear down my houses to free them, or by adding an open roof with stairs to provide them a way off.( leaving a hole in my roof ). Building a second floor is difficult, including roof access with stairs, unless all building options correspond with each other. I metal wall and 1 wood wall... Why not?? Height of the object being built always causes an issue. ( maybe add an expand/shrink option to crafting settlement items) ? Half my walls and roofs hover over each other instead of " falling " not to be confused with snapping, in place.
3. Conductors and power lines- I lit up my whole establishment.. I have an overwhelming amount of " telephone poles" with power lines to connect everything. ( maybe allow a longer power line travel distance) ?
4. Settlers- Their pathing issues are a BIG issue. Trashcan Carla and her annoying two headed cow, always manage to enter a 2 story house I built ( for myself--- which seems to be a community gathering spot ) with a tiny door way, and never be able to come back out. Forcing me to tear down my walls and move furniture so they exit, just to get caught again. This house is build on an already existing concrete lot where an old house used to be.. In Sanctuary..
My Supply line suppliers, and their annoyingly large caravan cows, get stuck in the middle of the street for several days, once I ring the gathering bell, causing a cattle orgy with human interventions....
Settlers appointed to attend stores, seem to congregate in my garden, and not stand in their shop stalls.
Settlers should have their titles changed when appointed a task, so that we know exactly what we assigned them to do, ending the confusion of who is assigned to what ( the highlighting thing just doesn't cut it, when the settler is not near his appointed resource).
Tiny bugs, but nonetheless upsetting when trying to build a community. I understand the game is not a city builder, but in my defense, we were given the option to build a " bustling town", rendering these issues worth mentioning and hopefully worth fixing, because it does semi, but not totally, ruin my settlement building dreams in this game.
