I've come across a bug that makes building in settlements nearly impossible. For some reason, despite having all the necessary materials needed to build something, the thing I wish to build won't show up. Normally, when you select something you want to build, it shows up in red or green and hovers in front of you, but for me, many objects simply don't show up at all. This glitch goes on and off seemingly at random, but now it hasn't gone away for a good while. Any ideas?

What is your build limit bar at?

I had this in a second base I was building yesterday, barely anything in it yet, but never had it in my huge first base. Fast travelling away and back sorted it for a while.
