Hi all - when you establish a settlement/workshop, are the containers there safe from being looted?
I just gained the workshop at Jamaica Plain (OT, but I think JP has the absolute worst set-up/boundaries/structures of any settlement build area I've encountered to this point with 14 workshops; is it just me??) and I don't want to set up an actual settlement here, I just want to store some heavy weapons and PA repair junk in the workbench so they're available to me in a tough fight. But the workbench won't be guarded in any way.
Regarding other containers, are they safe if I seal them up inside workshop construction? For example, if the JP workbench isn't safe if left totally unguarded, I'd like to use a container that's in the ruined house attached to that workshop. What I'd do is construct 2 wall sections to block off the doors, and then when I need to access the container in the house, just move a section temporarily to get into the house, and then seal it back up when I've retrieved what I needed to get. Does that make sense??
TIA!
