Hello, this issue just started happening with my settlements (ps4)

When I look in my pip-boy, under the workshops tab it is showing my settlement of Sanctuary Hills as having 0 (zero) for water, power, and defense. But when I go to the settlement and use the workshop menu, it is displaying the correct amount of water, power, and defense I have ... which is not 0 (zero).

Anyone having this issue?

It turns out the temporary solution is to remove all tvs in your settlement. It sounds crazy, but apparently the code of the tvs is messing up settlements, and making it so resources and defense values don't work after leaving the settlement.

Some also say that radios and juke boxes cause the same problem, but from what I can tell, its just tvs.
