Some of my light sources are no longer working in Sanctuary (I'm not sure if anywhere else).

Everything has power. Even some of the Large Pylons aren't lit at the top. You'll see in these screenshots what I mean. Some are on a lot are off.

Inside my barracks all the lights are working just fine.

Any ideas?

I'm using enhanced wasteland preset and pip boy shadows. Those are the only two mods that mess with lights/shadows I can think of.
