I have been experiencing some bugs in relation to settlement management.

When I click into the workshops section on pip boy I very often see that there are exclamation points next to various needs (food, water etc) but in those settlements the resource is actually fine and I have more than what is being displayed.

This also happens with settler numbers, randomly I lose 1 or even a whole settlement population in pip boy but when I visit it is back to normal number.

Just wanted to report this.

Fairly widespread and well known bug. Many people claim to have fixed it by removing all TVs and jukeboxes from a settlement, strangely enough.

Ya, me too. TV's don't fix it. Not permanently it reliably anyway not dos leaving the settlement before fast travelling.

This needs immediate fix. I spent one day (real world day) just rushing between settlements to save plummeting happiness.
