I have encounter a weird settlement quest related bug, and I am stuck with a quest that I there is no way to finish.

As I work with the Minutemen, Preston will give out quest to help settlement to clean out hostile (raiders, ghouls, or Mutants) in certain area. I believe those quests are random generated, but I have one that is stuck and I cannot finish. Here are the details:

Quest:

• Kill raiders in Hardware Town (given by Preston, and talk to a settler in one of the settlement).

Problem:

• There is no hostile NPC in Hardware Town (It is cleared before, see below)
• There is no quest marker on the map
• Talk to the person who give me the quest has no effect

Possible related quest issue:

• I have finished the quest "Paint the Town", which require player to obtain green paint from Hardware Town.
• During "Paint the Town" quest, Hardware Town was occupied by gunners, not raiders.

Is there a way I can fix this quest? It stuck on my PIPBOY and I cannot finish it. I don't mind fixing it with console command either. If anyone know how to fix this problem, please help.
