I have two settlement quests pointing to a spot on the ground. I thought maybe they fell through the ground so i toggled clipping walked through the ground and no on was there, I did however notice a trader and his brahman swimming in the water under the ground.

This is in sanctuary. Early on I moved some settlers around because sanctuary wasnt attracting more settlers and some places out in the boonies attracted many settlers. I noticed when i got a mission to do something for a settlement like the slog, the person was actually in sanctuary even though the mission was titled help the slog, so it must have been one of the people i moved.

But now im stuck. I cant continue quests for the minutemen because two quests, one for tennpines bluff and one for sanctuary both point to the same spot on the ground in sanctuary. Can this be fixed?

is it possible to upload my game save on the forums?

Couldn't you just find the quests IDs and complete or progress them further with the setstage command?
