I wanted some more settlers in one of my settlements, so I erected a beacon, plugged it into a generator, attracted a settler in about 30 seconds, turned it off.. and the radio signal is still there. I'm able to tune to it with my Pipboy and listen to myself broadcasting in a loop.

Even after I turned it off, unplugged it, and scrapped it. The radio signal is still there and I'm still broadcasting.

Is this a bug that affects only me? Or will people keep showing up?
