Settlement System

So after seeing the settlement/base building system in play during Bethesda's E3 conference, the prospect of seeing lots of house mods for Fallout 4 seemed low. At least not as many as there is for F3/New Vegas/Oblivion/Skyrim etc.

But after experiencing the system for ourselves or rather myself, that to me doesn't seem to be the case. Now I love the system, it has many, many flaws and falls flat in a lot of places, but I've spent a good 50 hours with it. However, people who don't want to play around with this new system only really get the house in Diamond City, which that whole idea of buying the house then using a scaled down settlement building system to furnish your house is great!

That's something I want to do in other areas. I want to make a house in Goodneighbour for example and have a workbench there for roleplaying or just to have another house in Boston etc.

So how do we think this system works on the Creation Kit (or whatever name they give it). Do we think it could be a complex system, an easy one or something that looks complicated, but actually is straightforward. What are your thoughts on this?
