Settler AI behave strange at evenings on scavening station

Hi,

Since I installed 1.3 (and in that process reinstalled the whole application), I do see some issues on settler AI which I did not see earlier.

As I did already some light work on Creation Kit within Skyrim, I am perfectly aware of packages and how they work.

Apparently at some time in the late afternoon, settlers stop their current work (guard excluded) and that's were the fun begins.

In earlier versions their was a possibility to setup a restauration, bar or similar "shop" to lure settlers in its vicinity. Putting some bar stools around it did the trick - everyone crowded around it - everything fine.

There are however location like Abernathy farm which seem to confuse the settler AI. For any reason all settlers seem to love crowding into the central building ground floor.

At least when the package about sleeping kicks in, there is a minor nightmare as some settlers try to leave the building (as I put beds in huts outside around the settlement).

As some settlers seem to refuse that urge (unassigned bed?), as a result nobody gets out of that single door.

It seems there is a default "crowding" spot on each settlement which is used by settler packages if they do not work.

Unfortunately if there is no "leisure" spot left near that spot, the settler AI seems to get into a uncertain state. Adding props does not seem to work until a certain time (it seems "morning breakfast" scans for leisure spots again).

There are also spots like benches which are really or entirely not used by AI. For example if you place benches on the sides of the central building (door defined as front face) these are almost never used.

Settlers in Tenpines Bluff wander to the ruins of the house bordering the settlement, even if there is not single place to rest. If you place a wall between them, they would frequently run into that wall. This even happens to settlers assigned e.g. to a scavenging station.

By the way: It seems the package for scavening station is a bit bugged lately. The settlers used to work a bit next to the station and wander around for a while afterwards (weapon drawn). These days the begin working on the station, stand up, draw their weapon and stay there for several realtime minutes until they decide to work on the station again. If you assign a settler to a scavenging station which was already occupied, the former assigned settler freezes in place were it was the last time at least until a package change (which might take a bit).
