Just had a settler start shooting up the place, turrets took him down, went from 11 to 10 so one of mine and when I searched the body he had synth components and institute weapons. Nice touch, anyone else had this?

That is cool, I saw someone in sneak mode in Diamond City. I went up to them and tried to interact but nothing then I heard it may have been some other specific individual who's possibly been following you. Makes me think of watchdogs like the devs or a hacker wants to watch me play.

Yeah, I am regularly sneaking thru the wasteland, and show as "dectected"....... and I can't see a soul around to detect me.....
