So firstly, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this and of course, sorry if this has been asked one hundred million times.. but..

What's the most settlers you can get in one settlement? I've been working on my Sanctuary settlement for some time now and i have over 40 beds and over 100 of each resource but i can't seem to get above 23 settlers, for the last month or so it's been floating between 20 and 23 settlers. The happiness is always at least 80 or higher and i have plenty of broadcast towers (not sure if multiple towers are even needed) but 23 seems to be the max i've achieved.

Any thoughts?

It's Charisma+10. Though you can overmax with chems and send settlers from another settlement to there


For example I max at 26, popped some chems, drank a little and was able to get up to 37

Your upper limit is your Charisma Score + 10.

The trick is to don some Chr. increasing clothing, as much as you've got, and then take some Chr. boosting drugs. Wash those down with some Chr. boosting booze. Then order some Settlers to move to the Settlement you want to be more populated. They will stay there when all that stuff wears off.

Ohh interesting, i never knew this. However, now i've headed off to Albernathy farms and i've found a settler and tried to move them, when i go down to Sanctuary Hills it's not highlighted and won't let me move them, every other settlement is highlighted and i'm able to move them but it won't allow me to move them to Sanctuary?

continue raising chr, rinse and repeat.

get charisma as high as you can with gear, pick the settlement you want to deplete, ring the bell, pop your chems, then do this

Awesome stuff! Yeah i've got it now, i was a little slow to the punch. I currently have 11 Charisma and i think i'll boost up some other settlements and do what the guy did in the video. Good stuff! Thanks for the help!
