So I have some new bugs (for me at least) as well as some old ones to report.
1. I finally got my hands on a Gauss rifle (which I was very excited about) and now the sound the gun makes during charging is stuck, I can get rid of the sound by using a weapon that has the recon scope, but then the sound of the recon scope just gets stuck too even when I switch to another weapon. The sound is faint if I'm in 3rd person, but gets louder if I enter 1st. I have already tried going to previous saves as well as a save before getting the rifle and I still hear one of the sounds at all times (recon scope sound on the save before the rifle) no matter which save file gets loaded. Also have tried reinstalling game data and a full shutdown of my PS4 which has solved things for me in the past, but not this time.
2. A building I created at Sanctuary keeps making a sound as if I'm setting off one of the electric booby traps even though there are no traps set. It will randomly make the sound in different parts of the building. I have removed several sections of the building to see if I set a trap accidentally somewhere, but have found nothing. This is rather minor as it's only happening in the one building.
3. I am still getting movement glitches in which I may be strafing or running in one direction and quickly change direction with my controller but the game will still think I'm running in whatever the previous direction was.
4. Show No Mercy bugged out and wouldn't let me enter the vertibird to fly over to the fort. I read a workaround that said to fast travel and fast travel back and it should be fine, but that didn't work for me. Finally got it to work and allow me onto the bird after going in and out of the Prydwen several times. <--- Yes I worked around it, but we shouldn't be required to find these workarounds.
5. Sometimes after switching weapons or after an ammo reload I am completely unable to fire my weapon. Typically I can fix it by going into my Pip-Boy or the pause menu and then returning, but again we shouldn't have to be doing things like this.
6. Pip-Boy button becomes unresponsive after exiting build mode. Can be worked around by pressing the view change button which then "reactivates" the Pip-Boy button.
