So, when I try to move/place/create/destroy anything that requires power in Sanctuary my game crashes every time. I've been dealing with this crashing issue many days now and write ur of as a bug, but now I'm on the mission "the molecular level" which requires me to build the transporter device platform. It requires power and game crashes when I try to place it. As I said I can't do anything power wise to my settlement without hard crash and now I can't compete this mission with the minutemen

I have figured a way to compete the mission. You can build the transporter at a different settlement. Still doesn't fix the crash bug though.
